Step 1: Reinstall from USB

Reinstall From USB:
Download Windows Media Creation tool from here
Run it and click "Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC"
Click next, then check "Use the recommended options for this PC
Click next, then select ISO file
Click next, save to memorable location on your pc
Once done, download rufus from here (Recommended to download the Portable Version)
Run Rufus and click SELECT, then select your ISO file
Leave everything else and click START
Use these settings but put your name in the box
Click OK, Then OK again
Once done boot to the USB and follow these steps
FORMAT ALL DRIVES THAT HAVE PRIMARY AS THE TYPE (VERY IMPORTANT)
Once you are done formatting install windows to the drive it was on before
Just setup windows then you are good to go onto the next step
If you get a promt like the photo above just type whatever you want you password to be in the new password box and leave the current/old password box blank
