Disable Hidden Devices
Now, delete every single thing that is Grey. For example : (The USB DISK USB Device is Grey) Do it for every single Grey device NOT ONLY DISKS, EVERYTHING)
Change adapter properties
Press Win + R, type ncpa.cpl and click Ok
Right-Click your active connection and click on Properties
Configure it as shown below:
Click Configure
Switch to Advanced and configure the following properties:
Advanced EEE - Disabled
ARP Offload - Disabled
Flow Control - Disabled
IPv4 Checksum Offload - Disabled
Large Send offload v2 (IPv6) - Disabled
Network Address - Not Present
TCP Checksum Offload (IPv6 ) - Disabled
UDP Checksum Offload (IPv6 ) - Disabled
If you don't have some of these options skip them and move on to the next step.
Disable unused Network adapters
Press Win + R, type ncpa.cpl and click OK
Remember the name of the active connection
Right-click the Windows logo, select Device Manager
Right-click and select Uninstall device on all other Network adapters
IF YOU HAVE REALTEK WIFI MAKE SURE TO UNINSTALL IT
Now You should Only Have One Device Here Being Your Network
Disabling Bluetooth

Disable G-SYNC if your monitor supports that
Follow the video to randomly change the serials for all your monitors
If you did all the steps and all your serials changed, you can now install your game unless its valorant then you need to move onto the tpm bypass
